The worst service from Telkom

I hope that Telkom closes their company down so that no one else falls into their trap. I go to the Telkom store in Centurion Mall about 5 times per month as they cut my service without letting me know ( My payments are made in full before the due date). They always say its a technical error. A technical error 5 times a month for a whole year! I now requested a line cancellation so i am now free from a them. Don't except anything from Telkom they will eventually make you pay. Also the service is the worst I have ever seen. I get better service from my kids at home. Please if you are looking for a network provider there are a few others to choose from rather than Telkom. My question is why is Telkom doing this? Why are they being so mean?
