THE WORST SERVICE EVER - TELKOM

Hallo to any one in TELKOM?

I am now in a state where i only need to speak to some on senior in Telkom. I have been struggling since the 3rd of May to get the package from Telkom of 20 mbps on the 24 month deal. It has now been 3 months and 7 days and have been on the line now to call centre and for 2 hours to some one who stops to say that they can not assist me as it is not ther eproblem and i have to first cancel my existing line and then i can fall in to the que to apply for a new line. AND ONLY THEN they can assist me with the package. They have given me HR number but to no success.

IS THERE ANY ONE IN THIS COUNTRY AT TELKOM THAT CAN ASSIST ME IN TELLING ME WHY THIS IS A PROBLEM THAT CAN NOT BE RESOLVED FOR 3 MONTHS AND 7 DAYS NOW? PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO PHONE ME ON ********** .
