The worst service ever!! still waiting 8 months later!!

<p>I took out a tablet contract with telkom last year sometime, I then realised that I dont have any signal at home, which they didnt make me aware of. I then contacted telkom on the 26 November 2015 and 8 months later and the case hasnt been resolve yet. 2 technicians has been to my house but nobody contacted me from telkom yet! I called yesterday AGAIN, and im told the technical office acnnot take calls. I should email them. Agent: Shane Nelukalo, email ********** Refernec number: Zoleka Case number: ********** 1. what is the point of me paying every month for a service I cannot use? Its so simple for them to deduct their monthly installments but they cannot pick up a phone to call a customer after 8 months!! I have left alternative numbers but im still waiting! Im so dusgusted in telkom service, They are the worst service providers around. </p>
