this is a complaint about the bad service provided by Portia Msomi who is a agent at telkom.i called to follow up on an order of mine as i am an existing client of telkom who pays a monthly rate of almost R1000 . the agent asked me for an adress where i resided 12 years ago. i have installed a adsl line at my new adress via telkom. so why can i not be assisted when i have confirmed all my details.the agent insists that there is not a supervisor to assist me she has no concern and is insisting the team leader will call back.THE MOST ROTTEN SERVICE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD..
