The worst service ever, I can't wait for contract to end

The worst experience ever, I've been calling and asking for reconnection and no one is asking for prove of payment, it was via EFT , the turnaround time has since lapsed and I still don't have internet. Customer service agents don't want to listen to the customer (me) they have all these theories and they're telling me their system is automated. I've never been so disappointed by a service provider
