The worst service ever

Telkombu finrite insurance service is totally bad and unacceptable. I have claimed then was advised to pay excess fee before they can deliver my phone. On December I paid the excess fee and sent the proof of payment. Then called to let them know that I have paid already. Was then told that they have sent my claim for authorisation and that the phone will be delivered within 7 working days. Till today I haven't received a phone. When you call them they take more than 30 minutes to answer while you're busy listening to the IVR machine at the same time you're being charged for the call. When you finally get to them it's the same story "the phone will be delivered within 7 working days. So to Finrite. Since you are failing to deliver, why not bring back the money that I paid for excess fee including the money of the premiums that I have paid till to date then cancel the insurance. Coz really your service sucks on a serious note.
