The worst service ever

I had a very bad experience with Telkom Vaal Mall, I went there on the 19th July to do a sim swap for my contract phone but till day my sim card is still not working I have been to the shop for so many times. Am so furious with Telkom because I have been patient with them but I think they taking advantage of my kindness. 5 days without using my phone that am using for business purposes at the moment am running at a loss because of Telkom.
