The Worst Service Ever

Once again A ********** experience with Telkom i hope this people can go out of business or retrain their staff. Mitchell Plain branch Liberty Promenade mall whether it's call center staff that give misleading information or its a telkom staff your job is a common goal to Assist the client . Horrible horrible I hate Telkom.. YOUR call center staff called me to inform me my contract has come to end and March is my final payment. But when i went into to the store, the lady got worked up with me, because the system says Im finished in May only not March....I told her that the Call center agent told me it's March what am i supposed to do now..? She was nonchalant, couldn't care less to assist me further.. Yes ladies and gentlemen That is telkom service .
