The worst service Ever!!!!

Good day. Telkom has given the most puttrid off service being one off the largest companies in SA,its unbelievable. My story goes as i recently aquired an upgrade to my adsl line package deal for which included a telkom media lit box however going on to a month now and I'm paying for package deal that never arrived.The media box is always out off stock whether I call the call center or go in to a store I get the same results.I am being pushed from pillar to post to get my value deal I signed up for.how long can a simple box take to be given to a customer?are customers being treated with the utmost off importance?please if I could get some sort off help I will really appreciate it.Telkoms poor service and a very unhappy customer
