The worst service ever

I appa**** for a data account few months back i never got any service yet while i'm getting billed,i refused to pay & all i'm getting from them is debt colleters smss & emails, not sure what to do as it's affecting my credit record after numerous calls still no help the only department seems to be working at telkom is they account department, Big regrette getting involved with telkom.
