The worst service ever

I am livid with Telkom I did an upgrade and the guy advised me that they would debit ONLY R327, however February they debited R387 and in March R617. What the hell is going on???!!! They don't answer their phones when you call. Up to this day, I am still waiting for someone to contact me regarding this matter . Because they debited so much I am unable to pay for other things that need to be paid. I WANT MY MONEY BACK Also, I told the guy that the debit order must go off on the 25th, its still going off on the wrong date. The Telkom in the Glen is the worst I've ever come across. The guy was so uninterested and helpful and now this the repercussions . I want my money back in full
