The worst service delivery in the world

The worst service delivery in the world, I put a order in for a new phone and watch on the 3rd of August to be debited on the 4th which I though was amazing how quick they took my money, then to wait a week with no feedback, I called and was told to wait a few more days, on the 17th I phoned again and was told it had been approved and i must just wait, I called on the 20th and had been told the order had not been place, It was supposedly escalated, then today when i called and was told there had been no escalation and the order still had not been placed, *** Telkom, take my money and return nothing! What is going on!!
