The worst service by far

Telkom sucks big time. i will personal never take anything or product from you. its a pity that you the only line provider. your online chats are ****ty and the agents are F rude. the call centre is a joke. yes a joke you might aswell close it down and save money. you wait 3 days for someone to answer the phone and they dont know whats happening and then you get promised a call back and no1 calls. all i want is a line. keep your **** service and products just give me a line. how the hell can my appointment be cancelled and then i get told they have better stuff to do than come install my line. a technician came out to install the line then she says he cant do it some1 else needs to come, i called the call centre a week later and they said but we did send some1 out, just the worst . telkom must be trending with complaints.
