The worst possible service I have ever experienced

<p>I am extremely disgusted with the service or lack thereof. I have an ADSL line with Telkom so I can use mweb as a provider as I know telkom is useless. An adsl line rental is R214 plus minus. I was charged 790 something rand for 2 months. When I called them they told me it was my mobile account. Here is the kicker. . . I do not have a mobile account. So what am I being charged for? This is theft. I am on the verge of getting lawyers involved as I do not have any other options. A manager at telkom, Hosia Lekala PROMISED me a call back this afternoon. I should have known better. If I could give a score besides 1 it would be minus 10. </p>
