the worst poor service ever

Telkom are ****** and *****, I want to cancel my account and pay the last three months off and was told that they require a settlement of R1300 for an early termination,

This was not told me on the sales call and I want this useless service cancelled as I cannot even revcieve network in other provinces, I went on holiday to Mozmbique and as soon as we got to Mpumalang the network was completely dead thank God I had a Vodacom sim too where I recieved good network

And even when there is load shedding there is absolutely no network

I have been holding on the phone for a manager after speaking to Xolisa for 15minutes before my battery died
