the worst online application process

I app**** for a cellphone contract 3 weeks ago, i had requested a call back via WhatsApp channel and a lady called me and concluded the application, I was told that I was pre approved but no one has contacted me since and no one can find my application?? cant get through to any call center. all your lines are busy i have called all of your partners and none of them can see the application.
