the worst of Telkom ever. POOR disappointing management skills

in May I took 2 additional phones with telkom sandton city branch assisted by Katlego Moshidi who *****ulently made a sale to us in cheating the credit limit & not notifying us that it will cause problems for us if we take it being over the credit spend limit. Katlego registered the 2 additional phones & 1 insurance to not go over the limit then told us all is good only to realize she then registered the 2nd insurance 2 weeks later which allowed her to cheat the system & get her *****ulent sale with us. today we are sitting with 4 contracts that are suspended due to credit limit spend as Katleho never notified us of this prior. today I called the store asking for the manager & the manager told me that out of my monthly R2700 that I pay for all 4 phones I will have to pay an additional R700 then they can increase the limit & when I asked him is he really gona over charge me in one month with this additional R700 he told me as the Manager of the store that 'I either pay R700 or there is nothing he can do'. to me this mean Telkom Sandton city branch makes *****ulent sales on purpose to keep exploiting clients further & the manager is in on it. I need urgent help with this cold disappointing service as I am sitting with 4 useless phones though Telkom has my full R2700 monthly installment with them.
