The Worst network provider with the ****tiest service!!

It's been more than a Month now & every time i call I'm still being told that my case is still under investigation. Something that takes 72 working hours to be resolved is about to take them 2 months now!! My case was opened on the 16th of November and till today Telkom agents can't give me a straight answer! Telkom is the worst! I am still waiting to be credited the 50gb that i purchased more than a month ago!
