THE WORST NETWORK PROVIDER IN SOUTH AFRICA

The most horrible service I have ever experienced. I've supported Telkom for years and always recommended Telkom to family, friends and co-workers as it was affordable with great service and coverage. But recently Telkom has been the absolute worst in terms of speed and coverage. As an Online Coach, I have to rely on great local service providers when we experience loadshedding that prevents me from assisting my online clients over wifi. Because if the TERRIBLE service and coverage, I have r lost thousands of rands due to no network from Telkom during loadshedding. Then Telkom apologizes for interrupted services by sending me 500mb that expires in 24 hours. How nice. When did Telkom become this bad? I'll be switching network providers next week. Extremely disappointed. (this is my second post because the first post didn't upload due to no network)
