The worst Network provider I have ever dealt with

My experience with telkom was the worst experience i have ever had in dealing with a company. I app**** for their fibre service and got good service. I then went to apply for a cellphone. I app**** for a Iphone 13 pro max and got approved same time, the lady informed me that they dont have stock of the phone but that it has been ordered from head office and that she will let me know when it has arrived. Two weeks went by and nothing so i went in and the lady told me that the phone has not arrived yet, another week went by and i phoned in to my shock had to hear that my order has been canceled. I went back to the store that i ordered the phone from and the lady that assisted me with the application couldn't even look me in the eyes someone else at the store had to assist me. He informed me that Telkom does not have stock of this phone in the whole of KZN. This is troubeling because Telkom is still advertising this phone. I left and went to another Telkom store (one of the bigger ones) there I asked them if i could apply for the Samsung Z3 fold the lady then told me that not one Telkom store in KZN has stock of this phone and then tried to pressure me in taking a Huawei witch I didnt want. Yesterday I returned to the same store to order a deal that Telkom has advertised for a Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra and a Samsung Galaxy A32 I was once again told that not one store in KZN has ether one of these phones in stock so at this point I couldn’t believe what I was hearing how can a service provider as big as Telkom not only not have one but 4 of the phones that I was interested in stock at any one of their store in the entire KZN? This is pathetic to say the least. Never have I been so disappointed before. To me it seems that Telkom might as well close down all their stores in KZN because they basically have no stock of any of the latest phones or any phone except Huawei and OPPO. I then tried doing an online application for the same deal they have advertised for the Samsung S21 ultra and the Samsung A32, when i received a call from Telkom i was then told that I dont qualify for this deal although it is cheaper than the other deals that I got approved for.
