The worst internet provider in South Africa

This is the worst internet provider out there. We've been without wifi for 12 days and they have made no effort to send someone to check the problem out. Their mobile data contract does not even work properly in rural areas and you can't register on their partnered network providers either. After all the inconvenience they put you through, they definitely won't even offer to reimburse you for the money that you've lost paying for their ineffective service. - 5 stars, would not recommend. If we didn't have a contract we would have switched ages ago
