THE WORST EVER!!! GOVERMENT OWNED SURELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have been trying to get our land line fixed from the office. FOR THREE MONTHS NOW!!!!! Still no help from Telkom, the technicians keeps on closing the call even if the problem has not been solved!!!! We even tried to go to them and BUY a new phone but still they can not help us.!!!!! WE CANT EVEN CANCELL THE ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY KEEP DEDUCTING MONEY FROM US!!!!!! WE log a call on their face book account and they reply that they will forward it to the relevant departments!! STILL NO HELP!!! What will our next step be?????????????????????????????
