The worst customer service in history!

The worst service provider in history. I called on the 22nd and the line was disconnected because the advisor couldn't find a resolution for my issue. I have screenshots of calls that I have made to Telkom and spent hours with an advisor trying to troubleshoot a tower issue WOW!!!

I asked to speak to the TL who was worse than the advisor. He was not remorseful at all, to him it was just another escalation that needed to be de-escalated. Nevertheless, he was just doing his job.

My issue was logged with the technical team on Friday and they said it will take 72hrs to resolve. Guess what? it's 4 days later and it's still not resolved. Wow, guys!
