The worst Customer Service from the WORST COMPANY IN SOUTH AFRICA

This has to be THE WORST TELCOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY IN THE WORLD. at the end of April they debited about 10% of my subscription fee instead of the full amount and then on the 27th they suspended my lines- No call, no sms, no explanation whatsoever, I was advised I cannot pay via EFT as it is within 10 days of my debit date and it'll cause a double debit and if that debit should fail I will have to pay an additional R202- even if they received the EFT payment. so i had to wait for my debit day, last day of the month- on the last day of the month they do not debit so i had to pay via EFT anyway, but now THAT consultant doesn't tell me to pay through the website, so i make a normal EFT payment and he sends a Case for them to connect me- without Feedback, no sms or call, the person dealing with my Case just rejects my case saying the payment doesn't reflect even though i sent a proof of payment. as I type this complaint my lines remain suspended despite me having paid over R4000 on an account that is suspended because they debited incorrectly. then their consultants are incredibly rude and love the sound of their voices, they will not give you an opportunity to even explain your query- they'll constantly talk over you. I literally had a curse out session with one after I spent all of MY CALL trying to calm him down while he was shouting me like I'm his 5 year old(listening to my 29/05/2021 calls). They also charged me R202 already because their debit order for March was unsuccessful even though I had already paid them via EFT because they have debit dates that SUIT THEM AND NOT CUSTOMERS- i will be lodging a complaint with ICASA to get that back as soon as they reconnect me and give me internet access again. So whenever you feel like it Telkom- you may reconnect, i am not going to stress myself anymore on this. I am just never upgrading again and am ending this 10 year old stupid relationship.
