The worst customer service ever....I cannot believe Telkom!!!

The worst customer service ever....I cannot believe Telkom!!! Requested fibre upgrade in GCS on the 11th of January. After sending more that 12 emails requesting progress and feedback, I have been given the run around and no view when I will get the upgrade.
