The worst customer service ever, even Zuma is better than this

<p>I have been in contact with telkom since the begining of July, we had been emailing back and forth with a billing query, July 14th was the last messsage I had sent back and ever since I have benn requesting a response cc'ing numerous people, til today I have not recieved any response.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom thinks nothing of their client becasue they are well aware that we need a phone line to have internet. At this point i'd happily sell my house to move to an area that supports fibre so that i NEVER have to deal with their uselessness ever again<br /><br /><br /></p>
