The Worst Customer Service ever!

After several calls and case logs, someone from the tech support team advised me that I should send my concerns on email and request for further investigation and compensation. I've been having data issues last year (2024) to date.

Attached screenshots of the sms which stated that "Internet access paused. Either your data bundle is depleted or you're not in Telkom's coverage and using a Telkom only bundle. Dial *180# or open your browser." with the fist one sent to me in November 2024. Several past and new cases have been logged.

I have NOT received any sms or email with the latest case number nor did I receive any missed calls or updates for the past cases which were closed.

I've been struggling for so long to get this matter resolved - Telkom has taken my money but have not honoured there end by providing me with the data/service. This has hampered my work, studies and my finances tremendously. This matter was never investigated properly and I was billed stating Data was used. When I asked for a data summary, they advise as per call recording that it was under 50% of data used and a summary report will follow (which never did).

This data has hardly been touched due to this issue and I requested compensation for all the months since issues began as per initial sms date. Before joining, we ran a coverage check and it confirmed that my area was covered. Even now of you check, it shows the same... But tech support advised on email that there is no tower and it will take some time to build, so they will have to cancel my contract and can't do anything further.

When I questioned all the months I've been paying without receiving service, they advise someone from billings will credit your account. No one reverted back to me to date!

Before joining, I made sure that that area had network coverage, to date, that area still shows that there IS coverage, but still no good service. Be sure to take into account Telkom's ********** Service before signing up with them.
