The Worst Customer Service Ever!!!!!!

<p>For more than a year I have been trying to sort out my adsl line with Telkom. After a couple of months, I started logging every call. Sometimes three to four times a day. Technicians would come out to our offices and try and rectify the problem. NO success. The last encounter left me without internet for the past two weeks. Today I had enough and cancelled the adsl service. If there is ONE company in this world that I am looking forward to NEVER hear or experience again; It is TELKOM. TELKOM is like a word that agitates you in the worst possible way. TELKOM THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN THE WORLD. I am delighted to remove you from my life. I will pay anybody else to provide communication to my business, but never again will TELKOM have the privilege of providing me with a worthless service. This company has the ability to be very busy, but do not have the ability to sove customer problems.</p>
