The worst customer service
Telkom is the worst ever! I just found out they sold my number without me knowing - I have been using this number on WhatsApp but unable to call - A consultant just informed me that my number has been sold for three months! And I am unable to get it again.

03 Oct 2020, 20:27To add to this - Telkom in Parow Centre is unreliable and unable to assist clients, they did not give me a valid reason for my number being "recycled" or "sold" - Keep in mind this is my BUSINESS number, are they going to own up for my loss in clients? Useless.
