The Worst Customer service!!!

I am disgusted in the way Telkom goes about business. I am supposed to receive a refund and now I’m hearing it takes 14 working days for a refund. how ????? Do you say that a refund for Telkom takes just as long as a pension fund payment with SARS . That is ridiculous !!! So Telkom’s system works as follows they send an order for a refund that takes up to 14 working days noooooo human being works on case from when someone puts through an order for refund. How is that possible? The manger speaks while you are speaking . What horrible customer service is this !!!! Telkom needs to do way better.
