The worst customer service

Hi, 2issues:

1. I have requested on 10 October 2017 for previous months invoices (older than 6 months) to be sent to me. Then I was informed that because the invoices is older than 6 months, it might take longer. Sure I understand that. BUT, it is now 27 October 2017, after various phone calls, various follow up emails, various visits in store - I still do not have the invoices requested. I had to request the invoices for a reason, and now I am being fined for not submitting the invoices in time?? DUE TO TELKOMS absolute ****py service. How long does it take pull 4 invoices and e-mail it? (definetly not 17 days?)

2. I have sent a request to terminate my contract at Telkom in September 2017 already. Followed up with email. Yet not succesful. When I followed up on 3 Octboer 2017, I was told that they did phone me, and I confirmed that it should no longer be terminated. This is not true, as Telkom is unable to contact me, as I am no longer living in South Africa, the phone and sim is with me in the other country, so they could not have spoken to me. Further more, I had to log a new request for termination. On 10 October 2017 I filed a new request for termination. Today, 27 October 2017 Telkom can still not confirm that the contract has been terminated. Once again after various follow up e-mails and phone calls. This is the worst service I have ever received and the fact that it is impossible to escalate, and not one person at Telkom, which I have made contact with has been able to assist me with either of these issues effectively.

Hi, Further more, the worst service continues! After a SUPER lengthy process of finalllllly getting my account closed with Telkom and more than many times mentioned I want to close my account. I no longer want any business with Telkom. Telkom debited on my last debit order, R32.26 too much. So now my Telkom account is R32.26 in credit = Telkom now owes me R32.26. Now, this is not a lot of money, but how the hell does Telkom do this? Why would Telkom take R32.26 too much from my debit order? And although they realise it, my account is closed with Telkom. If they take this from all their customers, it is definetly a win for them?? Very curious to see how this will be fixed and how Telkom will give me back my R32.26. Really not impressed, off all my queries, Telkom did not manage to impress me with anything, and in general I am not a needy person.
