The worst customer service

Telkom has the worst customer service and costed my 1000s more than I'm initial contract.

After my debit order went off on the wrong date and they still received their money on the wrong date, they debited my account again and took double the amount, because they tried to debit my account on a new date the money weren't there. I incurrened almost R 300 In charges after telkom said they dealt with my query. Yet this month they did the same.

The call center agents are rude and won't help, yet they see payments reflecting, managers say they will help and then ignore emails.

It's ridiculous, I will never recommend telkom again. Horrible horrible
