The worst customer experience EVER!!!!

I had problems with my contract phone and was paying insurance every single month. When I went to telkoms canal walk branch I was assisted to send my phone in to confirm exactly what was wrong. They provided me with the insurance number to contact to confirm my access fee. I tried so many times to get hold of them but was unsuccessful at every attempt! I went to the store again and was given the mangers contact details as he was the only one who could contact the insurance on my behalf. Edwin has never even responded to any of my emails or calls. I went back to the store there after several times but he was either not there or on leave the worst part was there was never anyone in store who could assist!!! To me this has been a horrible experience as a customer I who paid my contract every month refused to pay for something I did not have they then of cause blocked my number and now they blacklisted me that they were quick to do yet up until today I dont have my phone or gotten any assistance .
