The worst company you can get a cellphone insurance from.

I have been with Telkom for 11 uninterrupted years, but the service I'm getting from their cellphone insurance is hell on earth. I've been waiting for my cellphone replace for over a month now- close to 2 months(1st week of December). I HAVE SUBMITTED AND PAID THEM EVERYTHING THEY WANTED. There was no communication from their side since I paid the access other than acknowledging that they received the payment. When you send them emails, no one responds. Telkom cellphone is the worst, if there's anyone who's thinking of getting it, save yourself from this headache I'm having and get yourself a reputable company. I never though i would complain about Telkom since they've been good to me all those years, but lord, i regret getting an insurance from them.
