The worst company on earth

<p>ive called telkom numerous times, dealt with many people, jumped through hoops, paid deposits, set up debit orders but all in vain. Ive been waiting weeks for my line to be put in. Everytime I call im told someone will contact me with an istallation date, guess what, no call ever comes, surprise surprise. First i orded a 20mbs line, then a week or so later was told i cant have that one. then i ordered the 10mbs line, guess what, a few weeks later, i was told that there was firstly testing being done on the line, and now, there is no port to install teh line. As this point im beginning to wonder if I will ever recieve internet at my property. The service I have recieved is absolutely disgusting, the saying 'over promise and under deliver' springs to mind. Im dreading to think what the next 24 months is ging to be like dealing with this joke of a business. Its an absolute shame that they have monopoloy on this market or I would not think twice to cancel and take my money elsewhere. </p>
