The Worst Company In South Africa – TELKOM!!!!!!

<p>Here is the first part of my dealings with Telkom:</p> <p> </p> <p>https://www.hellopeter.com/telkom/reviews/shocking-service- ********** 477</p> <p> </p> <p>Subsequent to the aforegoing, I have called millions of times – most of which ended in the line being dropped in my ear!</p> <p> </p> <p>Today was the BEST – I again called, waited for 38 min, then I was advised that the reason for my problems relates to the fact that there are no lines in my area! I explained that this is impossible as my entire complex was fitted with Telkom lines, they simply have to activate it my feeding the line from the Telkom manhole into my house (for which there already exists infrastructure). The operator continued to argue with me and advised that the lines will be up and running by end September 2016 (which we all know is September 2048).</p> <p> </p> <p>I questioned her on the area in which these installations are taking place – as I reiterated this is impossible as we do have lines in the complex – she advised “Northriding”!!!!!!! YOU IDOTIS CANNOT EVEN GET THE AREA IN WHICH I RESIDE CORRECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I explained that was most certainly not even close to my house and I demanded to speak to a supervisor – it has ow been 54 min – STILL ON HOLD!!!!! </p>
