The worst company I wanna leave

I have the same issue but I pay direct debit. I don't understand what is going on and what this payment is for. Also they never canceled a device that I returned I'm getting so fed up. Plus on my bill is showing that they have tried to take a over payment to with a reference that I don't recognize I have had nothing but trouble with telkom I just want to cancel all my accounts with them. Turned to hello Peter before and u guys were no help. U guys wanted me to pay for a lap top I don't have and was canceled in the first 7 days I'm so fed up....
