The worst company ever, no customer service at all expecially when it comes to billing disputes they keep debiting my account while I made payments several times yet they suspend services

The worst company ever, no customer service at all expecially when it comes to billing disputes they keep debiting my account while I made payments several times yet they suspend services. Iv send them emails they respond with automated response, telling you pay or they will keep on billing you. Then in the same message they tell you your service is suspended and you need to pay for them to reconnect Iv been requesting cancellation but no assistance cause what service am I paying for ,I can’t even reach them telephonically cause my number is blocked by them
