The worst billing department ever

I had my worst my experience with Telkom. They are charging me way more than what they are supposed to charge me and I called the billing department and wow the are the worst a lady by the name of Yoliswa Mgoqi and her supervisor Herma were so unprofessional.

I do not even get invoices and they just bill me and said it is out of bundle.
