The worse ....service..Telkom !!!

A new year....and yet the same stinking service continues!! The question is how does a business survive, when all they are good at is giving **** service. One has to resort to a media platform just to get your point across. Everyone you speak to tells u the same thing- log a service request. Only to get an sms a few days later, which tells you that your issue has been resolved!! NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED!!! Call after call, you are being told that the line is being worked on...and being sorted. When you keep telling them..that whatever you r doing at the "exchange" is not resolving the issue. What does one have to do to get your **** sorted??? WIFI has been off since the 05.01.19 and still nothing. A technician has been requested on several occasions yet nobody seems to get this point!!
