The worse service!? What’s up with telkom

Telkom has been by service provider for many years and how disappointing they are lately. I have been struggling to get hold of any person that’s able to assist me or that’s in the right department. It’s so annoying having to tell my problem to 38 different people only for them to tell me I’m being transferred to the correct department. If I’m not calling the incorrect number, I’m calling the incorrect department. Damn! Seems like no one is the right persons to speak to. After 200 calls and a few visits to the store I’m still in the same boat as Iv been in during December 😫
