The worse service

This is unacceptable service I received from telkom, app**** for ADSL, spoke to agent and confirmed it was approved and there is a port in our area, the will do everything within a week, its just over a month, called countless times, held on for long periods to speak to a agent, no one can tell me how long will it take, after a month my query has been laying by the network department, all the just say there is no infrastructure but shouldn't take longer than a week i was told, yet i am still waiting. There are neighbours who has ADSL, the agent i first spoke to informed me there is a port open, what makes me upset is i received sms with my usernames yet no feedback is given.
