the worse internet service provider in the world

Is telkom the worse internet service provider in the world? The evidence is in the over 500 pages of complaints. They provide useless and pathetic service. I had no phone/internet around the beginning of the month. Problem was apparently the line was out at the pole. Took 4 days to fix. On the 11th Feb 2015 the internet was slow. Called in (waited an hour for someone to answer) got reference number 1391crk110215. Got sms saying it will be repaired in 2 days (WAS THAT A JOKE OR A LIE) it took 6 days. Instead of the problem getting better it got worse. Friday 13th NO INTERNET AT ALL AND THE NUMBER HAD BEEN CHANGED. Saturday 14th THE LINE IS DEAD - NO NOTHING. On the 17th at 14h20 (6 days later) a technician arrives (with bad attitude). Problem fixed (apparently water in the cable - really??) Had internet all of 3 and a half hours. At 18h30 the internet was off again. Waited hour on the phone to report it. Called again this morning 18th Feb ref no: 166crk180215. Told there is a problem at the exchange. On the telkom fault checking page it says there is no fault. (so who in telkom is lying?). I will be taking this to the ICASA if not dealt with immediately. Stop lying and fix it.
