THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bad customer service, I have requested twice at the Telkom store to port my number but still it's not done then when I call the customer service line,The level of customer service is absolutely pathetic.They can listen or understand what the customer wants but decides to raise their voice like they are paying for my contract.
