the worse

This is the second time i am writing . my wife has paid her account but they have been sending her messages after messages saying they going to hand her over to the bureau . now she gets an statement with a huge amount including last month and this month. and she has paid last month already. she got phone calls telling her to pay and she made the payment. now she has been place as a bad payer. we have tried to get a home loan our first one mind you and then they tell us no be cause they pick up telkom listed her. and we have called went into stores , stores sending us away saying that we should call the call centre. call centre saying other things . this is the worse thing ever!!!! it is our first home and we are paying and this is what you do to her. no one has rectified it or done anything about it. no one has contact her either.
