The world's worst cellular network in todays times is telkom

I am totally disgusted with telkom and it's call center. I purchased 100 airtime to buy data on my phone since I travel alot using my banking app the money was sent to telkom but the airtime did not reflect. In frustration I then purchased 20 rand airtime witch to my surprise reflected I then struggled to get hold of someone to speak to in the call center cause the customer care number is like a maze your sent from pillar to post when your in need of a real person to talk to. When I eventually found someone to speak to the lady by the name of mbali zondo had an attitude on the phone she simply told me that there systems were off line and that she could not do anything to help me no reassurance was given and the I asked for the manager and she kept me on hold for 15 minutes on end and when she came back her attitude was worse as if she was annoyed I stayed on the line she then gave me a lousy reference number and told me I can call back later to find out about my problem...firstly why should I call back the problem is on there end I've lost money and what's annoying is I've spent alot of money monthly on this network for the past few years the quality has dropped and they are really going to the dogs ...who ever is reading this should stay away from telkom they a truly a terrible network and don't deserve the money from us hard working people...and to mbali zondo your un ethical behaviour is exactly why so many people in this country are unemployed your service is the worst I've seen in decades absolutely putrid human being
