The words Telkom and communication don't belong together

It's week 3 of no service from telkom. I get no updates whatsoever, besides a phone call to ask if my service is functioning. I rep**** no, then silence again. Meanwhile, mine and my family's workload increases without internet and no phone line. The call center is useless.. Even if you are lucky enough to have your call answered.. Which is almost impossible. I've spent hundreds of Rands on airtime holding on waiting for someone to attend to me. I'm paying for nothing!!
