The weekend before Christmas and only 2 sales agents in store

I walked into Telkom Gateway Mall at 19:52 , the store was filled with more than 15 people sitting around waiting to be assisted . One would think that because it is Christmas weekend Telkom would ensure that more staff are on duty to assist with the last minute Christmas rush , but no not at Telkom Gateway Mall . It's been 30 minutes and have not been attended to and there is still a long line of people before me .

Up your game Telkom , poor service will result in your customers moving over to a different service provider.
