The unlimited off peak Data plan ****

The unlimited off peak Data plan is a ****. Telkom switches it on and off as they please. I thought there was a connection issue in my area and even logged a call only to find LTE in my area is working very well the problem is only with the Sim loaded with the prepaid off peak unlimited data plan. It works well after midnight and stops working abruptly during the day. From the 26th of February matters got worse, it hardly ever works during the day. I logged a query and I was told it will be sorted in 72hours, they are not even planning to reimburse me for those hours lost to due to their issues. Keep in mind that Telkom LTE works very well on other Sim cards that are not loaded with the off peak Data plan.
