The truth of Telkom service

9 Month ago I ordered the new fibre connection with Telkom. Since then I never received any service from Telkom, only annoying phone calls every day, if I would like to order the new fibre connection. I asked the guy at the call centre if I can speak to his manager, he said yes please wait and after 2minutes waiting HE DROPED THE PHONE.

Is this the kind of service Telkom offers?
